the life of a torn bubble trying to stay afloat |
I just got my new glasses with the new Rx and they feel weird. The lady said to try them for a week and then bring them back if they still feel funky with my old glasses so she can compare. Reading is fine right now but when I look far, it feels like a fun house where objects appear closer than usual. Which is odd since the left eye rx is weaker now and the right eye stayed the same but the other numbers changed. I guess we'll give it a go. The contacts feel better but I think the R eye still needs to be tweaked a bit. the eye axes have flipped which makes me wonder if he wrote the numbers in the wrong spots. How is that possible?!? I'll ask him about it next week. Of course, those numbers are from my responses. I wish there was a way for a computer to interpret what my eyes see since I can never tell which one is better unless the lenses are drastically different. I'm a freak. I also can't do the cover/uncover test because my eyes take awhile to refocus after being covered. I'm a mess I guess.
