I'm sick

This always happens when I don't have clinical duties (ie christmas break). I think my body and mind try so hard not to get sick when I have to work with patients that when the time comes that I can relax and enjoy life, I get sick. And it's always a sinus infection. But since I'm trying the 2 week trial without antibiotics (most infections are viral), we'll see if I get a bacterial superinfection. I guess I should find out if I can see my pearl city doctor on my louisiana blue cross plan since the 2 week trial ends while I'm home in hawaii.

They clearly hired morons to redo these condos. They came today to remove the fan and fix my ceiling but in that process, the outlets no longer work in the bedroom. So the thinking is that the fan was completing some circuit of wiring. Seems odd that with the fan off all this time, the outlets worked but in removing the fan this circuit is now broken? I don't understand electrical engineering but it would seem silly to me for a fan to be necessary for other things to function. And they say that without the fan, they can't tell if power will resume flowing through those outlets. Okay, so you say, put up a new fan! Well, the fan is on backorder for 2-3 weeks! Sheesh! I might as well go buy my own ceiling fan for them to install now. This whole process has been agonizingly difficult and long. Okay, maybe not too long but longer than I would think necessary. I think before I sell this place, I'll repaint the kitchen area since who the hell knows if they will ever come with the matching paint for that area.
