Life at Med School
the life of a torn bubble trying to stay afloat

Well, the big surprise I go today - my preceptor from THibodaux, the man with 4 daughters, now has a son. Or has had one for the past 14 weeks at least. I'm so happy for him. He's a great person to work with and I loved watching him play with his kids while in between patients so for him to finally get his son is nice to hear. Cindy, his wife said she'd send me some pictures of the little guy but I want to go down there and visit with everyone again. I guess that drug rep was right afterall!
For once I have homework to prepare for tomorrow. I have to read an article on aspiration pneumonia so we can have a discussion. Shouldn't be too bad. I can't believe the month is almost up!

Can I just say that I have added another candy bar to my ultimate all favorite list: White Chocolate KitKat YUMMMM! You must buy one now and eat it and enjoy the goodness! Words cannot describe how tasty this is! The other favorites are peanut butter twix, reese's peanut butter cups (the white chocolate version was a disappointment in my mind), Reese's FastBreak, NERDS, Pop Rocks, and PayDay (who knew that peanuts and caramel could be so tasty?). The best thing about the peanut butter cups is when easter comes around because everybody knows that those peanut butter eggs have the most peanut butter in them of all the holiday versions of the peanut butter cups. That peanut butter conconction is the best stuff! I bought the reese's peanut butter thinking that a whole 16 oz of that stuff would be heaven but was disappointed when I tasted it - no different than Jif and certainly not the same stuff that's in the pb cup. I have to go to the store now...talking about this is making me salivate over my favorites.
