Actually I suppose I'm the idiot for having faith that others could complete such a basic task.

Update: The guy from the pizza place failed a 2nd attempt at delivery and then calls and hangs up on me! So I call back and was told that they are remaking the pizza and sending someone else to deliver the pizza. Hopefully this person will have a few more brain cells and will be able to get me my food in the meantime, I'm eating something else and saving the pizza for tomorrow. IDIOTS!!!

I made the bad mistake of thinking that ordering a pizza for dinner would be easier than making something. They apparently hired some idiot to do the deliveries as he had difficulties figuring out that the call box by the gate wasn't for cosmetic purposes. And so I sit here getting pissed off by the minute still waiting for my pizza. I called the place and they removed the charge from my card so hey, if the guy never gets his 2 brain cells to synapse and figure out how to deliver my pizza it's no loss except I'm hungry and now have a headache from not eating when my food should have been here.

Well, I guess it's about time for me to get dressed and head on off to school. First day of radiology and I'm excited because I'll get to see a bunch of classmates I rarely saw last year. Trey had the guts to ask the guy what we needed to wear and it appears that scrubs on the first day is a no go. I wonder if our peds grades will be in our mailboxes. Or if our TOSCE scores are back yet. I just hope I don't have to remediate that tosce exam since it seems so involved and tedious and time consuming. Ohhh and then I'm going shopping since I found a cute top at old navy on the sale rack but they didn't have my size at the old navy at lakeside so I'm going to esplanade and hoping for the best.

Well, Corinne came and we had some fun looking through the quarter and eating good food - I took her to Lebanon's Cafe which moved to the place next door 4 months ago so it's much bigger. And we went to Destrehan plantation and I got a few good pictures. We went on a cemetary tour. And we watched a few movies and did some crafty stuff. Corinne also gave me my birthday present early. She made me a very nice knit sweater of chenille. It's soooo soft and comfy! She started making it when we lived together in college so it's been a work in progress for quite some time and was a pleasant surprise since I had forgotten that she was making it. We didn't get to go canoeing in the swamp since the weather was crappy. I feel bad since I know she really wanted to see a gator up close. I swear everytime people visit me here it rains a bunch. I saw a poster I want to get in the quarter but it was rainy so I didn't want to buy it lest it get wet in the downpour. I got some good pics of the quarter as well as a couple of pics of corinne and I. I'm tired now.

Today I played with Tristan's son Zachariah. He's 3 months old now and sooo cute and gets heavy after holding him for awhile since he's really wiggly now and likes to be held in a particularly tiresome position. But I got him to smile and laugh and blow bubbles at me so we were equally entertained. Tristan, Shannon and I got caught up with each other since we hadn't talked in awhile being busy with school. Steph is having probs buying her new car since the idiots at the dealership see a female and think she's a dumb chick which she definitely is not. The little dogs scare me all the time even though I could easily shake them off if they were to snap and attack me full force but I think the high pitch yapping freaks me out the most. Well, I'm going to watch a movie I rented.
