I think I need to take a cooking class since it took me forever to make dinner tonight. Although, in my defense, I was also making egg salad sandwich mix for my lunches and my dinner recipe called for cooked rice and so I had to wait for that to be done. Oh well, at least I got to go swimming today since it wasn't raining this afternoon. I also applied for my own health insurance plan. But I need to call and check that I get to see a dentist and an eye doctor for routine check ups (I am covered for catastrophic stuff). Well, I better study for my path class. I ordered my books from barnes and noble.com and I hope that they come soon so I can start studying but until then, Tristan said I could borrow his books that the air force bought him.

Waaahhhh! Summer's over! Well, I guess tomorrow at 8:30 am, summer will definitely be over. It will be nice to see my friends and find out how their summers were. Last night I went over to Jess, Christina, and Satya's place for dinner with the guys downstairs and of course Amber. It was so delicious! We had zucchini lasagna, salad, Amber's foccacia, my salsa, swedish meatballs, and creme broulee. And they surprised me with a very delicious ice cream cake. I must say it was the first time I have been that surprised in a long time. And then the next morning we surprised Jess with a birthday breakfast (her birthday is tomorrow). So now I'm overfed! Well, I guess I'll figure out what I need for tomorrow.
